  • Price: EUR 600 per person per month (exclusive of VAT).
    • Immediate Payment: Pay EUR 600 upon signing up to secure your spot (this covers the first month of the program).
    • Program Start Date: January 27, 2025.
    • Monthly Payments: After the program begins, you’ll be charged EUR 600 every month, starting on February 27, 2025, for a total of 6 payments (signup payment + 5).
    • This subscription allows you to spread the cost over 6 months, with the flexibility to cancel anytime. If you leave the program, no further payments will be charged.

  1. January 27, 2025 – CoffeePreneurship: Learn to master your life and business with tools for setting flexible goals and effective planning. Develop a one-pager for your decade-long ambitions, annual plans, quarterly pamphlets, weekly evaluations, and daily morning discipline checklists aligned with your core values.
  2. February 24, 2025—Control: With a simplified thermodynamic model, you can gain complete control over your roasting process. We’ll guide you through the Standard Roast procedure on your machine, helping you develop your unique profiles and move beyond mimicking others’ curves.
  3. March 24, 2025 – Experimentation: Sharpen your experimental skills to refine your coffee offerings. Understand the fundamental theories of science and research design, avoiding confounding factors for precise, actionable results. This module incorporates methodologies from our CoffeeScience for CoffeePreneurs podcast.
  4. April 22, 2025 – Sensory Descriptive Analysis: Enhance your sensory evaluation skills to better understand and modify roast profiles. Gain confidence in your sensory abilities through online exercises, grounded in our own scientific research, sensory training practices and online software.
  5. May 19, 2025 – Consumer Profiling and Segmentation: Learn to identify and cater to the preferences of specific consumer segments. Understand your customers’ physical, psychological, and social needs, and tailor your product to satisfy the customers you want to attract and retain.
  6. June 23, 2025 – Lean Production and Continuous Improvement: Implement lean methodologies to improve efficiency and adapt your business as markets evolve. Focus on what your customers value most and streamline your processes accordingly, aligning continuous improvements with your changing life values and passions.
  7. Bonus: Group meetup in a private room at World of Coffee in Geneva. Time will be specified when we get closer to the event.
