Since 2007, Morten has dedicated his career to advancing the knowledge and skills of coffee enthusiasts and professionals. He has worked closely with over 40 coffee startups, providing them with the guidance needed to thrive in a competitive market. At the CoffeeMind Academy in Copenhagen, the London School of Coffee, and various esteemed venues, Morten has taught more than 2000 individuals in small, focused groups of 6-8 participants. His emphasis on personalized instruction ensures that each participant gains a deep understanding of coffee roasting and sensory analysis.
From 2013 to 2018, Morten played a pivotal role in developing the curriculum for the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certification system.
