This tool is designed for fast cupping forms to get the paperwork done for small, informal (non-statistical) but still blinded ad hoc cuppings that are important to do correctly. It provides a quick and easy way to maintain structure and reporting data-capture so that all learnings are carried out in a well-structured format and stored in a nice structure so they are not forgotten.

Many cuppings like this are either not blinded or learnings and conclusions are forgotten as the notes were not structured correctly. This form helps people focus on the most important aspects of cupping: flavour category being the first priority, then specific descriptors as the second, followed by basic taste evaluations. This keeps people's focus on what matters without drifting into abstract and non-specific descriptors.

Note-taking during the session is easy on the structured scoring sheets, and an Excel sheet is instantly created to store information from sample names and random numbers as well as cupping notes, with easy addition of any other columns to carry information about the samples in the project.
