He has worked closely with over 40 coffee startups, providing them with the guidance needed to thrive in a competitive market. At the CoffeeMind Academy in Copenhagen, the London School of Coffee, and various esteemed venues, Morten has taught more than 2000 individuals in small, focused groups of 6-8 participants. From 2013 to 2018, Morten played a pivotal role in developing the curriculum for the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certification system.
