The course provides you with the key information to enable you to sit your Green Coffee Professional certification that consists of 3 short practical tests and a written exam (35 questions with a pass rate of 80% required). Successful students will be awarded 25 points towards the SCAE Coffee Diploma.
It is recommended that students have been working for a minimum of two years in a position with exposure to green coffee before taking this module, and ideally around three to five years.
Prerequisites: Green Coffee Intermediate is mandatory and the Foundation and Intermediate level in Sensory and Roasting is recommended.
Days: 2 days training & 1 day certification.
